The water washing away the soil is the word of God, or the river of life designed by God to wash away all the evil works of the devil, as taught in Ezekiel 36 v 25: "Then I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you."
